Matthieu Briguet obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law at the University of Lausanne in 2012. Two years later, he was granted a Master’s Degree Summa cum laude, during which he attended for a semester at the University of Zurich. He then worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Insurance and Labour Law Institute (IDAT) of the Faculty of Law (University of Lausanne). In this context, he attended to write a Ph.D. thesis, which he’s currently completing, about the civil liability of association’s directors.
Along with these activities, Matthieu Briguet worked several years as an ad hoc clerk at the First instance Labour Court in the district of the Est vaudois. He is also involved in several sports associations.
Matthieu Briguet started his lawyer traineeship at CBWM & Partners in January 2017.
