Constance Nizard graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Swiss law from the University of Lausanne in 2015 and a Master’s degree from the University of Lausanne and the Goethe Universität Frankfurt in 2018, with honors “Magna Cum Laude”.
Alongside her studies, Constance Nizard worked as an ad-hoc court clerk at the Lausanne District Court, dealing mainly with criminal cases.
After completing her studies, she worked as an ad-hoc court clerk at the justice de paix of the Lausanne district and then as a jurist at the Lausanne’s Professional Guardianship and Curatorship Service Department, allowing her to gain solid experience in the field of adult protection.
Constance Nizard joined CBWM Avocats in April 2020 for her lawyer traineeship and successfully passed her bar exam in September 2023. She then worked for almost two years as a jurist specialized in child protection affairs at the Department for Children and Young People. She has returned to CBWM Avocats in June 2025 as an associate lawyer.
