LECTURER (UNIVERSITY LAUSANNE – HEC)

Jerome Guex, admitted to the Bar since 1998, is mainly active in the areas of commercial law, banking and stock market law. He advises clients in the context of business transfers or linking and at the conclusion of shareholder agreements. His work includes advising on restructuring and on the organization of companies (Corporate Governance and Compliance). Mr. Guex also assists his clients in proceedings conducted with market surveillance authorities (COPA / FINMA). A law graduate (1995) from Geneva University, he worked in a law firm in New York before beginning his legal training in a Geneva firm. He holds a CAS from the Geneva University and the HEG in Compliance management (banking regulatory compliance) and a LL.M. Tax. Jerome Guex has been associate counsel with the firm since 1999 and a partner since 2004. Since 2014, he is lecturer at the University of Lausanne (HEC).
