We are active in both private and public law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our clients include service and industrial companies, public authorities, non-profit organizations and private individuals. We accompany our clients through every stage of their company&#8217;s or their life&#8217;s development, in both their ordinary and extraordinary evolutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapted to diverse professional and social environments, we are able to assist and represent our clients in French, English, German and Italian, before state and arbitral authorities and courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both within our firm and in our dealings with our clients, we operate within a human-scale, local structure, whose synergies ensure optimum availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">History and values<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our firm has grown to become what it is today, under the impetus of its four founding partners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list editor-list\">\n<li>Fran\u00e7ois Chaudet, since 1974, Honorary Professor at the University ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beno\u00eet Bovay, since 1987, Professor at the University ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9my Wyler, since 1991, Professor at the University;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guy Mustaki, since 1991, Professor at the University.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The four founding partners focused on controlled growth, establishing a reputation for excellence in their respective fields. Over the years, the association has expanded to reinforce existing skills, broaden the range of services and ensure the continuity of the Study with a view to the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each partner is distinguished by his or her high level of skills, acquired either as a teacher or through the completion of one or more additional training courses related to his or her specialist practice (FSA specialist lawyer, Certificate of advanced studies, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, the firm comprises 11 partners and around ten associates and trainees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our day-to-day practice, our ability to listen, quality of service, proximity to our clients and efficiency in handling cases are some of our shared values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We strive to keep abreast of the latest legal developments. We do this through the continuing education courses we attend or run, through our publications, through the academic role assumed by several partners who teach at university, and through our network of international contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several partners of the firm have published recognised works in the fields of corporate law, business law, employment law, construction law, administrative procedure, inheritance law and family law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In keeping with our long tradition of training, we have led numerous trainees to the bar exam, many of whom have subsequently remained with the firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our aim is to offer specialized, personalized services with a high level of expertise, in a relationship where you know who you are dealing with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills: a range of proven, complementary services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The quality of our legal services and advice is the result of constant attention to detail. Whether in contentious proceedings before the civil, criminal, administrative, bankruptcy or arbitration courts, or as out-of-court advisors, we advise and represent, in several languages, Swiss and foreign clients, including individuals, companies and public authorities.
